We recently stayed a week with our boat and frankly it was wonderful. The house is very comfortable and having the boat parked right behind the home with easy access to the Matlacha Pass was amazing.It was great!!!!

Carmen was spot on. So responsive and helpful. The place is super cute and was stocked better than most. That really makes a difference.

Lovely home, great layout, huge screened in lanai. Excellent location in Matlacha - easy walk to "downtown" . It could use a little more kitchen equipment (plastic cups, mugs, spatulas, etc). The listing said coffee maker which turned out to be for keurigs so that would have been nice to know in advance as we had already purchased ground coffee. Also, the lanai furniture was not very comfortable and could use more cushions at least. We really enjoyed our stay here and would def book again. (A note to this and all vrbos - please leave an adequate amount of toilet paper. We promise not to steal it or use too much :) This is the second rental we have stayed at that provided barely enough and yup, we ran out on the last day and had to purchase more. This is not to criticize this rental but it seems to be a common practice, as I said we have run into this before.

For older people the furniture should be way more comfortable. Metal barstools not pleasant. No where to sit and put your feet up
