This renovated non-smoking historical house has many of the comforts of home. With high speed internet and DirecTV including NFL Ticket and USB charging stations in almost every room. 3 Bedrooms equipped with televisions and inclining beds and ceiling fans. 2 full bathrooms, dual fuel grill and outdoor heaters on the patio, well equipped kitchen and laundry room with new washer and dryer. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. This place is centrally located for your stay in Dayton. Close to downtown and the highways to enjoy this city.
A short walk to the free Dayton Flyer shuttle takes you to most of Dayton's downtown attractions such as:

House was in a quiet neighborhood and near many of Dayton’s attractions.

Our stay in Historical South Park, Dayton OH was a great weekend for our family and attendance at the National Air Force Museum. The fact that William's property is so close to the Museum was a plus for our visit. We are recommending his property as a big plus for anyone visiting the area. D R Hill and Family

Great stay! The property was really clean and had everything! We were pleased and will book again next year when we are in town for the tournament!

My brother-in law and nephew loved the place, but the downstairs had very cold drafts coming in from the windows.
