Loved my apartment the steep stairs were a challenge for me. The lock on the double doors for the hall leading to my apartment was very very difficult to unlock and caused a lot of frustration and needs attention .Steffen was very kind and came to my aid when my taxi dropped me off in the wrong place and carried my bag up the stairs and arranged a taxi for me when I left. The trams are great to get around on and I loved the city with its lovely old buildings in Erfurt.
