Each bedroom features its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

Guest code will be provided 1 hour prior to check in. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.
Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):
(1) No smoking inside or outside the property
(2) No pets
(3) No parties or events

The property was fine and within walking distance of the Bentonville Film Festival events - approximate 0.8 miles walking distance to The Momentary.
The carpet was stained in a number of places which I identified to the VRBO host site within 24 hours along with photos of the stains. I wanted to make sure I was not charged for the damage to the carpet.
I also identified a major tripping hazard in the master bedroom to the host within my first 24 hours there, including photos. There was a large heavy rug underneath the bed which extended out around the entire bed. The rug was bunched up in several places around the area where you stepped in and out of the bed. I tripped on the bunched up part of the run twice, landing on my hands and knees both times. Because you had to lift up the entire bed to straighten out the rug, that may be why it was not remedied. I was not able to lift the end of the bed to straighten out the wrinkles.
The VRBO host site responded that they knew about the rug stains and the bunched up rug and were working on remedying the issues.

Great location close to downtown. The townhome is practically brand new. It was nicely cleaned and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. The garage was clean and spacious. Excellent stay!
