The home has a lovely view straight out to the ocean. Please note bring your own beach chairs and there is not a table outside to enjoy dinner on a deck. The owner was very helpful and kind.

Clean, spacious house. Beautiful views. Fully stocked kitchen. Host offered soap, shampoo in bathrooms that made the house feel like home away from home. Definitely would stay again and again.

We enjoyed our Xmas stay. The kitchen very well stocked. The dock right on beach was the best! Close enough to St Augustine and our favorite Snack Jacks down the street. The house and property needs some loving maintenance though especially the en suite bathroom. Hard to keep up beach property assuredly. Would consider for another holiday get together. Hard to beat evening right on the beach! MTM

Nice view and the private beach is really cool. Property needs minor upgrades but overall great stay. Host was great to work with and quick to respond.
