Great space for our family and friends. Enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive. Beach gear made our trip to the beach a breeze.

The house was perfect. The location was great and the golf cart was the perfect addition. We were close to the beach and it wasn’t too crowded. Slept 10 comfortably.

The house was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Beach access could be better, if you walk the whole way, the boardwalks across the wetlands area are quite narrow. If you take the “LSV” you can park near the pool and walk up the community boardwalk, which has many steps and a heavy gate halfway.The host, 360 Blue, had poor or incorrect instructions for beach access. They give you a website that’s supposed to have all the info you need, but you can tell it was copy-pasted from another listing and never corrected. Very anemic on information, I hope they update so future guests won’t have the day one struggles we did.The tile floors inside tend to allow sand to get everywhere and need sweeping throughout the stay. Very little cleaning supplies are provided so bring your own if you want to mop/swiffer mid-stay.A few gripes, but they are relatively minor. The communication is really where improvement is needed. Overall a good stay, though I would opt for somewhere with easier beach access in. The future.
