Welcome to Fancie`s PEC, a boutique hotel-style accommodation located in the picturesque Prince Edward County. This charming property offers breathtaking views of the Bay of Quinte and is set on a sprawling 1-acre lot that features a 5-person hot tub, dock, firepit, and kayaks, ensuring a delightful outdoor experience. Our accommodation blends the comfort of a hotel-style setup with the unique ambiance of a waterfront cottage, creating the perfect retreat for groups seeking both privacy and charm.
PLEASE NOTE - GUESTHOUSE-STYLE PROPERTY:
Fancie`s PEC is a guesthouse-style property, not a standalone home rental. When you book the full property, all of our individual suites and the shared spaces (kitchen, dining area, dock, firepit, and hot tub) are reserved exclusively for your group. The owners/operators live on-site in completely separate, private quarters with their own entrance - you will not share any of your space with us. What it does mean is that someone is always close by to help with local recommendations, tee times, tours, late arrivals, or anything you need during your stay.

At Fancie`s PEC, guests will find a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Each room is tastefully decorated with an emphasis on comfort and relaxation. Great place for a large family group.

The photos of this place don’t do it justice. The home is massive and absolutely gorgeous. We loved the different living spaces that made it possible for our large family to spread out and relax. Loved the design of the home as well. The host was very gracious and helpful with answering our questions and getting us extra items we needed. My only cons are that we couldn’t get the dishwasher to clean the dishes, which meant we had to hand wash and the lake water isn’t really swimmable, I suppose you can swim in it if you want, but I wouldn’t as it’s pretty muddy and gross.

We had a lovely time with family celebrating my 50th birthday. The house was well equipped and my husband (the chef) prepared some excellent meals on that beautiful stove! Lots of beds and bathrooms which makes hosting a crowd super convenient. Would highly recommend. Thanks Ryan and Kerri!

The house is a beautiful blend between nature, cleanliness and style. The waterfront, access to conservation area and proximity to Belleville are all pluses. Recommend watershoes for swimming as there are some rocks.
