Summary:
This is a very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse close to Kahaluu Beach Park. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.
The Space:
This property includes a very private lanai, remodeled kitchen with granite counters, ductless split air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, a washer and dryer, and flat screen TV. Each bedroom includes a newly furnished Queen size bed and air conditioning. All bathrooms have been remodeled. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the second floor, one bedroom, one bathroom and the living room are on the ground floor.
You will find that Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet is ideally located just minutes from Keauhou Shopping Center and the renowned "Turtle Beach," Kahalu'u Beach Park. Also nearby, is Kona Country Club, the recently-opened Amici restaurant and Keauhou Bay offering a myriad of water activities. Within the complex itself, enjoy the newly refurbished swimming pool, 3 tennis courts adjoined by a large pavilion and a separate upscaled pavilion with barbecues and a volleyball court.
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Beach towels are available for guests.
The air conditioning system is programmed to maintain a minimum temperature of 75°F
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
Please note that this property can accommodate up to 6 guests only. If your party exceeds the maximum occupancy, we may cancel your reservation as it violates community guidelines.
Other Things to Note:
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

Group was very responsive to questions, perfect location, plenty of towels and papergoods. When our airline changed our reservations they were very easy to work with. Would stay here again.

Needed some updates with paint, larger kitchen trash can, list of basics included in the kitchen. Washing machine made a lot of noise. A/C is the downstairs bedroom didn’t keep us cool enough. The house was clean and ready but they wouldn’t allow us to check in because the door was coded to open at 4pm. If I had known the office was off Henry st., I would have shown up and inquired in person. Couldn’t use my rewards points during the payment process.
