Walk into this open and updated turn key kitchen where you have everything you need to make a fabulous meal. Open to the coastal dining area with seating for six. The fresh and new living room has two comfortable couches (including a sofa bed), a coastal recliner, wood accent wall, a smart flat screen TV and partial views of the gulf. Relax your day away on the large lanai, with a gorgeous new sectional sofa and dinette May 2022, again with views of the tropical grounds and partial views of the Gulf and new sliders that enable AC or open air comfort. The en-suite master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, a wood accent wall and flat screen television. The tiled and updated bathroom has large closets and tiled shower. Your guests will be very comfortable in the guest bedroom with attached bathroom, large closets, two brand new double beds/mattresses in the guest bedroom, and all new smart flat screen televisions. We loved this place for our family of 4 for spring break! The location was close to the beach and pool, clean and stocked with cleaning supplies and fresh linens. We would absolutely book this location again--thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a fabulous stay. The unit was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and they even had a ton of books, games, and puzzles. There were more than enough beach chairs, toys, a huge umbrella, and the wagon was great to get everything to the beach. The porch was amazing for long slow mornings of reading. The pool had lots of chairs and there were even 6 beach towels in the unit. We loved being able to leave with suitcases packed full of clean clothes because of the washer and dryer in the unit. It was amazing!! Thank you so much for being such great hosts. The management company sent emails throughout the time leading up to and during the stay. Great communication!

The condo was beautiful but the track for the sliding glass door from the living room needs to be repaired. We called when we arrived and a repair man came by and semi fixed it but told us to avoid using it if possible. The left side as you went from the living room to the porch worked but the right side was a struggle. There is a gap around the entrance door that could be fixed with some weatherstripping. The AC is not balanced and the master bedroom was about 8 degrees warmer than the other bedroom with 2 beds so one couple froze while the other couple sweated. We had a karen report us when we drove down 3 buildings to get closer to the beach and apparently parked in their spot number 132. At the time we parked there were no cars in that entire section and the total number on the side our rental was on had a maximum of 12 vehicles which included 2 of ours and a few of construction peoples vehicles. Dave said he had to give us a warning as another party complained and I understand that and I certainly understand if it was in season as we have stayed there in season and most spaces are occupied. Perhaps we could have been told you can park anywhere except 132 and maybe 6 other spots. I did notice about 1/2 of the vehicles did not even have a parking pass. I have photos and a video if you would like proof but I am sure you are aware of the 10% or so occupancy. We love Sanibel and will be back next year maybe twice like this year but may stay on another property.

We had everything we needed. Beach chairs, sand toys, pickle ball rackets, towels, beach wagon, books, puzzles, dvds and more. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of comfortable bedding. Highly recommended.
