Aquaemaris Apartment is a three-room apartment with a large panoramic terrace, in the historic center, facing the sea. A small pearl for anyone who loves to spend a special stay caressed by the sea breeze. Located in the historic center with its attractions, shopping and the possibility of moving easily to the beaches, pine forests and islands of the Archipelago. Just 300 meters from the ferry terminal. Car and bike rentals under the house, restaurants, shops, services, easy urban mobility with buses just a few steps away. Equipped terrace, sundeck of 24 square meters, unique in the area. Outdoor furniture for lunches, appetizers and romantic dinners. Bedroom with French bed and a living room with open kitchen. The third bed can be removed from the sofa in the living room, with comfortable mattresses and air conditioning. Full bathroom. Smart TV, printer and desk. Washing machine, gas burners, awnings, free Wi-Fi. Aquaemaris is located between the two main squares: Piazza Umberto Primo (from where the panoramic train also starts) and Piazza Garibaldi, the seat of the Municipality. 6.2 km from the Garibaldi Museum on the Island of Caprera. 9 km from the Sailing Center. 5.8 km from the most famous beach on the island: “Baia Trinita”. 80 meters from the taxi stop. Suitable for: Young couples over 20, adults, workers, retirees, sportsmen, journalists, artists, with or without children aged 7 and over. Located in a quiet private building. Located right in front of the boats leaving for the Archipelago Islands for a magnificent excursion.

Excellent Stay!!!
I stayed in this apartment with my two young children and we absolutely loved it! The apartment is just like the pictures and the view is even more breathtaking in person. The apartment is located on a main street so you have a ton or restaurants, bars, shops all within walking distance. The vibe was just excellent! Luca was also a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive in case we needed anything. Would highly recommend and cannot wait until I can go back!😊

This apartment has every you would want. We had easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Checking in was a bit confusing. Sorting the garbage and taking it out on the correct days was difficult but we were able to manage all the rules.

July 2023: This flat may be small, but it has everything you need, including stove, refrigerator, clothes washing machine, great A/C & (most importantly) a large balcony with a great view. We spent hours sitting on the balcony watching the boats depart and arriving, tourists load & unload, the crews cleaning the boats and just the watching people on the street. We used the balcony to sun bath, enjoy cocktails and dinner. The flat is near the center town.
Luca (Broker) was outstanding in keeping us informed through the entire process and was very helpful in every aspect.
