Perfect for a family holiday amidst the Mid Wales countryside, enjoy this beautiful setting with plenty of walking and cycling opportunities nearby.. Ground Floor:

Please note: This property has a natural water supply from a bore hole.. This spacious, detached family home, nestled down a private lane, is situated on the owners working farm in the Radnorshire valley. It is a great place for families and friends to get together and has its own hot tub and games room. Set in the open countryside, with fabulous rolling views of the valley to be had from all angles of the property, it’s in an ideal location for those wanting to explore the countryside with Offa’s Dyke being just 15 minutes’ away, as well as other fabulous walks and cycle paths in the area.
After a long day of exploring the area, head back to Upper Close and sit back in the living room, complete with a wood burner, or make the most of the views and relax in the oak conservatory. There is also use of a lovely enclosed garden, great for letting your furry friends and children let off some steam. Shop 3½ miles, pub 2½ mile, restaurant 2 miles.
Upper Close (UK10873) can be booked together with Cedar Lodge (UK50354) to accommodate up to 16 guests.

Had a fantastic weekend staying at the cottage with friends. Location was perfect and was just what we needed to switch off from the world. Can’t wait to come back!

A perfect retreat in beautiful surroundings. Our hosts were perfect and answered any questions we had before arrival. On arrival we were pleased that things like washing up liquid /soap etc was provided - we had taken everything with us as previous experiences meant we were prepared but if you arrived with nothing you would have been ok.Hot tub was maintained daily but our non intrusive hosts . Very comfortable beds and lovely crisp cotton betting and towels ( thank you) . A real home from home feel - we have 3 small dogs and they had even covered all the furniture so there was no worrying about muddy ðŸ¾. . I would go back tomorrow and will most likely book again . Perfect for a celebration house with family and friends of all ages . Only down side was the games room was not heated and we happened to stay when it was -5 but even then the gents used it where possible brrrr.

Lovely holiday cottage . Comfy beds clean & well equipped. Excellent added facilities such as games room & hot tub. They made it ideal for all ages to enjoy. Dogs particularly enjoyed the enclosed garden. Beautiful views to admire for the humans
