Communication was excellent and staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Public store was great. PAL beach is very safe and clean somewhat walkable but a bike would be perfect
Hotel is beautiful 100 years old but hallways and some areas are musty
The suite itself has an air purifier and is super clean and highly functional

I liked the quietness of the unit I rented with a friend. The description was a bit different on the site than what we had. The gold small sofa was a bit older and it had a loose arm on it. The blinds were broken. Had to have the fabric drapes hung. The blinds would not lift up to look out the 2 windows.

I loved my stay here! The condo was perfect for me. Has a kitchenette, coffee, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Great neighborhood. Raul at valet was super kind. Great communication with owner. Definitely staying again.

The location of the property was exactly what I needed. However, i couldn’t access the building because the front desk attendant was gone on break, so I had to stand outside the lobby for quite a while until she returned. On check-out morning, the water to the building wasn’t working—so i wasn’t able to flush the toilet or take a shower before my flight. The blinds to the windows do not work. The cleaning closet shares a wall with the unit, so it was very loud early in the morning.
