This fully renovated home offers three floors of comfort:

• First floor: A beautiful terrace for outdoor dining, a spacious living and dining room with a sofa, and a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave.

• Second floor: Two inviting bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

• Third floor: An attic with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchenette with a washing machine.

At CasadelGrillo, our charming accommodation features a well-designed three-story layout that’s ideal for families or groups seeking flexibility during their stay. Here’s how the spaces are connected:

Grillo Terrace Retreat
First and Second Floors
• The first two floors form a self-contained apartment, perfect for larger groups or families.
• The first floor features a cozy kitchen and an inviting living area, as well as an intimate terrace. It’s the perfect place to enjoy meals outdoors and take in the beautiful surroundings. This area offers a delightful combination of comfort and charm.
• The second floor provides sleeping accommodations and ensures comfort and privacy.
Access to the attic
• While the first and second floors are rented out as a standalone apartment, they are connected by a shared staircase that also leads to the attic.
• This means that guests on the first floor must use the same stairs to access the second floor and the attic.
Experience tranquility in the recently renovated bathroom, designed to emphasize simplicity while exuding a sense of luxury. Start your day on a positive note under a fully adjustable shower and appreciate the elegant, modern sink that enhances your daily routines. GRILLO ATTIC RETREAT
This unique room with breathtaking views is perfect for two people and features a sofa that can be arranged as either two separate beds or combined into a comfortable double bed. Additionally, a third mattress can be added to the floor if needed, making it a versatile choice for small groups or families. Ideal for travelers looking for flexibility in their accommodations!

Rental Options
• You can choose to rent just the first floor, and the second floor offers seamless access to both floors and the attic, allowing for a communal living experience.
•, If you want complete privacy and to have the attic all to yourself, you can rent the entire house. This option offers exclusive access to all three floors and guarantees a peaceful and intimate experience in the beautiful Ligurian countryside.

• The attic is often reserved for my personal use, so I’ll be on-site to assist guests as needed. If I’m present during your stay, I’ll be happy to share helpful suggestions and recommendations to enhance your vacation experience. However, if you decide to rent the entire house, the attic will be exclusively at your disposal, ensuring complete privacy.
