Perkovic apartment is situated in the small village of Resnik in Kastel Stafilic (Split region), and is just 50 metres from the inviting beach and turquoise-blue sea. Resnik (Kastel Stafilic) is halfway between two sites which are under the protection of UNESCO: Deokletians palace in Split (18km) and the old town in the heart of Trogir (5 km) .
The beach is suitable for children as well as adults. Guests can swimming, playing tennis or table tennis, diving, walk or ride bicycles near the sea, and can also mountaineering. House is located 1km from Split Airport, ideal for guests traveling by plane.
Perkovic Apartment (A2+2), there are (room x 2 beds), (room with a kitchen x 2 beds (sofa)), (WC with shower cabin) and balcony.
The apartment is fully equipped with bathroom and WC, kitchen with cooker and refrigerator, microvale, satellite TV, and a grill.

We stayed here for a night to catch our flight the next day, but the place is very nice, clean and comfortable. I was surprised not to hear the planes flying around since this is just a mile away from Split Airport. The only downside is that it took us 30 min to look for the place with the taxi driver. Navigation cannot pick the exact location, but overall very happy. Thanks for letting us stay!

I would really recommend this nice place to stay. The host is really nice and easy going and his mum is lovely, friendly person. Nice view from the balcony (only 2 mins walk from a beach! And on the other side you got a mountain view). You got a shop very close to the apartment and nice restaurant with good, local food. And the most important thing- it’s not so expensive!!!
