We stayed at Suite Sanctuary for four nights in April. The suite was clean and spacious enough for 2 couples. We enjoyed the balcony view, pool, and grounds. We were able to walk to the beach just a short distance away. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. The team at Last Key was awesome; Brian and Charlie were most accommodating and helpful to make our stay in Key West special.

Beautiful and highly functional space for our family-of-5 vacation! This unit has a nice view and is an easy one-block walk to Smathers beach. Check-in was super smooth…host Brian met us upon arrival for a quick overview, and concierge team was very helpful for planning our activities!Although our room was fantastic and we’d stay there again, many of the common areas are outdated, especially the gym.

The property itself was nice, clean, nice appliances, good location, and cozy. The pool and beachfront seating area were very nice too. The mattress in the master bedroom was soft and sagging. When we called management, they came and put a supportive mattress topper, which helped somewhat. They said the mattress was only two years old, which was hard to believe. What was really disappointing was the noise. 6 of the days 7 days (yes, they worked on Saturday) we were there, there was construction going on at other condos from 8-4. Very loudly. Could be heard from inside the condos, and was very loud at pool area. Couldn't have a conversation on the outside patio. If not for that and the poor mattress, I would have given this five stars.
