This villa, located in Ucel, is ideal for 10 people. The house is new, on one level and is located in a residential area 2 minutes by car from the city center of Aubenas. It has a 6*3.5 heated swimming pool with roller shutters and deckchairs. The house has a petanque court. The house is located 800m from the Ardèche river and a few minutes drive from beautiful swimming spots. It is located 500m from the Via Ardèche, La Via Ardèche is a 53 km long cycle path (greenway), built on old railway tracks in the heart of the southern Ardèche. By bike, rollerblades, on foot... explore the splendid landscapes of the Ardèche in complete safety.
The villa has 4 bedrooms:

-Bedroom 3: 1 bed 160*200 and 2 beds 90*200
