● 18 miles to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

● Pool heating available ($200/day, 3‑day minimum)
● Recommended heating: October through May
A Few Practical Notes
● Concierge services are available. Outside vendors must be pre‑approved/vetted with proper insurance.

Beautiful property - nicer than any of our golf group's back home! More than met expectations inside and out with a well-stocked kitchen including decent knives, a griddle on the 48" Thermador range, side-by-side Thermador refrigerator & freezer, and garage fridge. Only minor hiccup was surprise required contract only five days before check-in.
