The place was a perfect size for my family of 8. Everyone had their own space. We were able to walk to the university in under 15 minutes. The farmers market is also a very short walk away. The neighborhood was quiet most of our stay and we were able to sleep soundly each night. The kitchen was will stocked for such a large group of guests to prepare meals.

This was a large and beautiful property in easy walking distance of downtown Davis and the farmers market. Perfect for two families with kids. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the spacious kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. Our host Darish was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

The host was very responsive to messages and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Any questions were answered quickly and they were accommodating when needed, which made the process smooth. The property matched the listing and the overall experience was straightforward and comfortable. I would stay here again and appreciate how easy the host made everything.

The host was amazing - extremely responsive and accomodating! The house itself was spacious and clean and perfect for our group of six singles. I would definitely stay again when in the area.
