Right on the quayside, this detached house is a great base for outdoor enthusiasts, with kayaking, fishing and walking all within easy reach.. 1 step to entrance.

Separate Toilet.. Oil central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack.. Enclosed terraced courtyard with garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking. Please note: Sorry, no children allowed. There are steps in the garden and the unfenced quay is 10 yards away.. Yorke Villa is nestled in a truly unique and picture postcard location, right on the quay walls of Lower Town, with exceptional views of the harbour and out towards Cardigan Bay. This spacious, detached, traditional stone cottage directly faces onto the quay itself and offers the perfect tranquil location to get away from it all and relax. There is an open-plan living/dining room, complete with sea views, which leads through to a farmhouse-style kitchen with breakfast area.
On the first floor, relax in the conservatory with a glass of wine and admire the well-kept terraced gardens before retiring to one of the bedrooms, two of which enjoy sea views. In the morning, wake up and watch the plethora of boats bobbing up and down with the waves or you may prefer a freshly brewed coffee in the café at the end of the quay, where you can sit on the quay walls and take in what this wonderful area has to offer.
Enjoy swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing and not forgetting the Pembrokeshire Coast Path all literally on your doorstep. On an evening, take a stroll to the village pub a few hundred yards away and sample some of the locally brewed Pembrokeshire ales, or enjoy a meal in Fishguard around a 10-minute walk away.
The north Pembrokeshire coastline is truly stunning and a must to explore. Take a short trip to Newport, Abereiddy and Abercastle, or discover the lighthouse and the rugged cliffs at Strumble Head a few miles away. A 45-minute drive away is the coastal resort of Tenby, surrounded by medieval walls built to fortify the town and are still in place to this very day complete with arches into the town leading to cobbled streets and a beautiful harbour. Beach 2 miles. Shop and restaurants ½ mile, pub 200 yards.

Yorke villa was beautiful,clean tidy and very spacious .Stunning views from both front bedrooms and living and dinning room and has parking for your car outside the cottage.Bill and June where lovely ,Bill welcomed us at the door on arrival showing us the cottage and how to work heating and water.A Welcome pack of milk ,tea ,coffee,sugar,Welsh cake and wine was a lovely touch.Fishguard is very friendly and we were welcomed to join in supporting a boat race and the local pub for a good chat and listen to Welsh stories.We will definitely return.

Beautiful cottage, we were met and welcomed by the the owner and there was a bottle of wine, cake, milk in the fridge as well as tea and coffee, and such a beautiful view to wake up to every morning.. would recommend this cottage to everyone its fantastic!

Comfortable cottage in lovely spot with great views from the bedrooms and living room windows. Friendly owners met us on arrival to show us round and provided milk, tea, coffee, wine and bara brith
