This spacious 2,684 square foot property comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the main house and an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the ATTACHED casita with separate entrance, offering flexibility and privacy for families and groups.
Upon stepping through the home's private entrance, you are welcomed by a spacious open floor plan seamlessly combining the living room, kitchen, and dining area, all filled with natural light and enhanced by beautiful red rock views.
Living Room: The expansive living room features comfortable leather sofa seating, stylish accent chairs, and a Smart TV, all set within a bright, airy space designed for relaxation and gathering.
Sun Room: Step down into the sunroom, featuring two luxurious oversized chaise lounges, perfect for unwinding in abundant natural light while enjoying a book or morning coffee. This space also provides easy access to the backyard.
Kitchen: This completely remodeled kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, and is fully stocked with everything needed for preparing meals. The oversized kitchen island with seating for 4 makes it a natural gathering spot.
Dining Area: Enjoy meals with a view at the dining table with seating for 8, surrounded by windows that bring the outdoors in. Direct patio access allows for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

This space includes a cozy living room with a Smart TV, two spacious bedrooms each with King beds and Smart TVs, and a full bathroom featuring a shower and oversized soaking tub—ideal for multi-generational stays or groups traveling together.
Outdoor Area: The upper deck provides ample seating to take in the sweeping red rock views. The lower backyard is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring generous seating areas, a fire table, and a fully fenced yard. Enjoy the private heated saltwater pool, unwind in the above-ground hot tub, or grill on the gas BBQ. Guests consistently highlight this outdoor space as a favorite for both daytime lounging and evening gatherings.
Pool: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions during the fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated from October 1–March 31. POOL TEMPERATURES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED!

Absolutely beautiful location in Sedona! You are minutes away from a grocery store and a short drive from everything! The incredible view from the front and the back is Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain and the trail is literally across the street! AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!! We were a group of 2 couples and the space was ideal! The Casita allowed privacy for 1 family from the other. The pool is much larger than it looks in the pictures and the outdoor space in general is perfect for large families! Some could be in the front, in the hot tub. Others on the side patio with tables and chairs for quiet conversation. And the rest could hangout in the back area in the pool. We loved it and hope to come back again!

This is the house you want to stay at when visiting Sedona! Beautiful, quiet, serene, unbelievable views, and all the amenities your family needs to have an amazing visit. House is very convenient to downtown Sedona, numerous hiking trails, and shopping needs. House was very clean and matched property description. Our family had a great time and would love to return in near future. Great visit, great house!

The stay was ok. The beds were comfortable (it was nice to have all kings), the space was nice and the house was decorated nicely. We did have one major issue... and I know "things" happen, but there was a natural gas leak. When our friends came into the casita in the morning, the gas had been leaking all night and we didn't know while we slept. It was very scary, required a repair man to be there all day and left the few of us staying in the casita feeling unwell (dizzy, nauseous, headache) for a full day. The manager provided a 1 night refund but, considering we could have died and it made us sick, I felt a full refund would have been more appropriate. However, I was not going to spend my vacation fighting with them on the matter. In addition, we were then so nervous about the validity of the repair, we slept with all the windows open and didn't dare turn the heater on (what caused the leak in the first place) for the remainder of our stay. It was very cold because of this. Additionally, the showers are horrible. No water pressure and the one in the casita is very small. Good luck washing your hair, ladies.
