Relax by the communal pool or sip a drink in the hot tub of this 1283-sq-ft villa, which also features a balcony and a fitness center. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the WiFi, TV, and stereo.

As you settle into this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a BBQ grill, air conditioning, and an office. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and shampoo. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an ice maker, and a microwave. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll have a washer and dryer, too.

My wife & I had a great time at the unit; however, a few things could have been better. The shower light bulb was missing, the screen for the patio door was open at the bottom & the procedure for turning on the AC is not user friendly. We would stay at the unit again.

The place is beautiful. Very nice large balcony, very clean, very well stocked with all possible dishes, pots, and appliances for the kitchen. They also had a nice supply of beach equipment, including 2 boogie boards, 2 small beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and plenty of very nice beach towels (in addition to regular bath towels).The administration of the apartment was very responsive to any questions that we had.Overall, we loved this place and we cannot wait to be back.I forgot to mention that the location is also very convenient, close to A-Bay beach - not walking distance for me, but literally a 3 minute drive. It is also very convenient to other beaches, including our favorite, Hapuna Beach, which is about 18 minutes drive. The grounds of the apartment complex are very beautiful and excellently maintained.

The host was very welcoming. The place was very nice. Only one problem was the floors were very dirty. They made our feet and socks brown with dirt so we had to wear shoes directly out of the shower. The oven front was dusty and there were a few missed spots of dust on the nightstand but the sheets were clean, the beds very comfortable and overall we liked the place.

Generally, this condo has some very dated appliances, washing machine and ice maker were very noisy. AC was on a timer, so had to get up twice per night to turn the AC back on, as it got very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Shower doors did not close properly and had a white film on them due to inadequate cleaning. Cutting boards were dirty and need to be replaced. Otherwise, location is good and basic amenities were adequate.
