Welcome to Costello Cottage!

Completely renovated in early 2020, this 4-bedroom, 3 bath property comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. Start or end your day overlooking the neighboring park and bubbling fountain.

Interior design updates ensure you will find the comforts of home in every room. Costello Cottage's first floor open concept living space is bright and airy. A delightfully spacious kitchen of whites and gold accents flows into the adjacent dining room with a complementing coffee bar and pantry storage. The supple leather sectional and swivel chairs offer a cooling retreat after a day spent soaking in the Florida sun. It is the perfect place for families to gather. Rounding out the first floor is a king guest room (with smart TV) and full bath with walk-in shower.

Up the stairs and into the bunkroom! Expertly outfitted and accommodating for both kids and adults with a twin over full. Next door is the cottage's second king guest room. Together the bunkroom and second guest room share the generously sized guest bath with double vanities and tub/shower.

The Costello Cottage master suite hosts a king size bed and a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa. The en suite master bath features a large walk in shower with dual heads. Retreat outdoors to the private master balcony that feels like a treetop escape.
