Pros: Convenient area, decorated cute, price was reasonable, communication with the host was fast, well lit, seemed safe, the bed was comfortable. Cons: It needs a deep clean, lots of dirt & dust on the floor and coffee pot, shower needs a deep clean, the half-window curtains leave you exposed, you are sharing the house with offices- not the entire home to yourself, there is a camera facing the window of the bedroom as mentioned in a prior review, the traffic is loud, there was a noise machine but there wasn't a cord. If you're just passing through for a night or two it's fine but I definitely recommend hanging something up in the bedroom window like we did so people walking into the offices can't see you.

My favorite pottery store was right next door! Loved the porch swing and clawfoot tub. Enjoyed my stay.

I didn’t expect the room to be as small as it was. And the half curtains on every window were kind of troublesome to me. I kept having to adjust them to make sure that nobody can look inside. There was one right on the front porch and the guy staying in the other room was over 6 feet tall and he could look right over the top of the curtain into our bed basically. We also found some used underwear under the bed when we went to check out,in an empty wrap and an empty wrapper of goldfish crackers. So clearly not cleaning as deeply as they probably could? We definitely won’t be back.
