The property is in a great location, just off the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We were able to head to the beach and pop back to the house as and when we liked which is great when you have children. The owner was very friendly, and the house was very clean, spacious and well equipped.
The property could benefit from a bathroom , and it may not be suitable for all small children as the open plan set up made it difficult to keep them away from cooker, stairs, etc.

Excellent location, very close to the beach. Maria the owner made us very welcome with some traditional Majorcan food. Villa is close to all amenities. Very spacious and lovely outside areas. All air conditioned and well equipped.
Villa is a little dated, bathrooms and kitchen could do with a refurbishment .
