This 32nd floor condo has amazing views of Diamond Head, the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean, and is only a few short blocks from the world-famous Waikiki Beach! This high-end, recently renovated condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove-range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while you stay with us. This kitchen is complete with a dining table and chairs for memorable family dinners. Find joy and comfort while relaxing in this condo's spacious living area that includes a large tv, pull-out sofa, and desk. The lanai has a table and chairs so that you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean!
This unit has a great bedroom with 2 Queen Sized Beds and an amazing view from the window. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a very spacious room. The beautiful bathroom right off the bedroom includes a spacious sink, drawers, and detachable shower head for your comfort and ease. This bathroom is perfect for relaxing and washing away all the sand and ocean after a great day spent at the beach!
Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request. We provide high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.

Most of our condos at Koko Resorts are located in the luxurious Waikiki Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.
The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor, soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby's Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs, saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children's playground. Koko Resorts offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with provided detergent. Well we were off to a very bad start. they gave us a dirty room that wasn't cleaned. in the new room we had problems too with not enough pillows and no wifi. the men on the "emergency call number" had very very poor service who said they'd help multiple times but never did. and they almost never responded through the portal. so why did i give good reviews still? the new place they gave was fine and the location was fine and the price was fair and mostly, the service from the 2 women at the koko resorts call number once our trip was over were responsive and helpful. so i don't want to dissuade anyone from staying there since it may have just been that we had an unlucky experience in some ways.

There were some highlights to our stay, but also several unexpected challenges. The condo offered stunning views, and the bedding was adequate with all the essentials provided.However, we encountered several issues that made our visit more stressful than anticipated. After a long 11-hour journey, we arrived to find that the promised parking pass was missing. I spent 45 minutes circling the area looking for parking, and the garage attendant was unhelpful. Although we eventually found a paid spot and were later reimbursed, it was an inconvenient and frustrating start to our trip.There was also no welcome information provided in the unit, no details on Wi-Fi, laundry, garbage, or other basics, so I had to make several calls to the management company just to get settled.The lamp in the bedroom wasn’t functioning, which was an issue in the evenings. Additionally, the building's fire alarm went off twice during our stay, once at 6:00 a.m. and again at 10:00 a.m., forcing us to evacuate down 32 floors both times.We also received two separate notifications that the water would be shut off from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., one of which happened to be the day of my son’s wedding. When I called the management company to express my frustration, I was met with a condescending tone and dismissive attitude, turning the conversation into a back-and-forth rather than a helpful exchange. Overall the experience required far more effort on our part than expected, with little support or solutions
