The house had a great layout, especially for having young children. There were amenities provided that aren't at all rentals (beach towels, cleaning products, etc). The house was exactly as pictured and the location was a short drive to Cocoa Beach and Space Coast Sports Complex. Only negative was we didnt know when trash/recycle was and ended up missing it.

Wonderful hostessHouse was very comfortable for 3 adults and 2 children. 8 adults would be a bit crowded. Table only seats 4 people. Kitchen was well equipped.

The place was absolutely perfect for our stay kver the weekend. It is a very quiet neighborhood and the house was very clean. No complaints at all.

We booked the property wrong 1-2 people, I called the host and told her the correct # and paid for them. Reading reviews we thought it looked nice and was until we opened the sleeper sofa all stained. Most of the home was good, until the note on the laundry room door said keep locked this is a shared space, made me feel uneasy. The host was not receptive to my complaints, and hung up on me. I would book with caution.
