Located in Rincon de la Victoria, this welcoming vacation home lets you experience it all. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 1-minute walk to Playa de Rincón de la Victoria or the 13-minute walk to Treasure Caves.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental features a sofa bed and air conditioning. Connect to the free WiFi, or get cozy in front of the Smart TV. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, heating, and a dining table.

The house was perfect for a family of 5.Very clean. Decor was very “ beachy”.Beach was as close as your backyard.Bathrooms were spacious and all modern.Kitchen was ideal for cooking and hosting.Washer/Dryer came in very handy! Worked efficiently.Parking is NOT PRIVATE .It is considered public parking since the beach is right there.You CANNOT park lateral to the entrance to the house. You will be towed !Great location to marketplace, bus stops, restaurants and church .Speaking of restaurants, there is one right next door which gets a bit socially loud on Friday and Saturday evenings until late.Overall great experience and would definitely book again in this location.

The location is amazing, the neighborhood is great, the beach is gorgeous. The house fit our family of 5 perfectly. They provided beach chairs and beach towels. Had a small issue, and the owner responded immediately! Highly recommend staying here.
