Located on one of Anna Maria's Canals, Canal Place is a quick 2 block walk to the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our lovely single floor home is full of charm and character. With wood beamed ceilings and oversized windows, the interior is filled with natural light. The living and dining room combo lead to a screened and furnished lanai complete with a TV.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. One of the guest rooms has two queen beds. The final King en-suite is accessed located on the opposite side of the home and has a sliding door to the pool deck.. Additional sleeping accommodations are available in the twin sized daybed in the living room. Each bedroom includes a TV, and crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.
Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
A sparkling, heated pool and spa, pool loungers, and an outdoor shower are highlights of the backyard. A gas grill, outdoor patio dining table for four make dining al fresco an enjoyable option.
Bring the boat! The 65 ft dock can accommodate a boat up to 40 ft. Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the dock while fishing or just enjoying nature. Be prepared to see a variety of native Florida birds and possibly a dolphin or manatee.
Canal Place is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and less than a block to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation

Great location. House was recently updated and very clean. Pool was very dirty when we arrived but the property manager addressed the issue as soon as we notified them. Someone was there to clean it up within a couple of hours. Biggest complaint was that the pool has a bad leak. We only stayed 5 nights and had to fill the pool 3 time as it loses about an inch of water every day.

We were very happy. The back yard was beautiful. The house was clean. It had almost everything we needed. Location was great.
The one thing difficult was the hot tub not heating up in cooler weather since that’s exactly when we wanted it.

The house had inadequate paper goods. We had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags. And laundry detergent.
AMI called two days before we checked in and let us know that if the property was not rented the night before we would be able to get into the place early. We changed all of our plans based on the fact that we would be able to get into the house early. Since we knew it had not been rented on the website. We waited with groceries in the car for hours. AMI absolutely would not give us the code to the house, not one minute before 3 o’clock and we could not enter the house before 4pm - why in the world did they ever call us!!! We were not looking for an early check-in, they called us and and through the conversation let us know the house was available. A Hotel would let you in if your room is available. The big squeak in the headThis all made our stay regrettable.
