Wonderful villa with annex-trullo and spacious swimming pool in the heart of the Itria Valley.
Immersed in tranquillity and surrounded by lush Apulian olive groves, our villa with annex represents an oasis of wellbeing just a few km from Ostuni. The residential solution is suitable for hosting up to 8 people, whilst at the same time providing the necessary privacy for each guest, as it consists of two independent complexes: a villa and a typical trullo. It is therefore a perfect solution for families, as well as for groups of friends. The two structures extend over a large area and welcome a wonderful private swimming pool, ideal for enjoying the sun of the Itria Valley in total relaxation. The trullo comprises a living area with dining area and small equipped kitchen, and a sleeping area with a double bed and two single beds. It also has two bathrooms with shower.
The villa is configured in a similar manner: it features a spacious living area that serves as the focal point of the structure, with a double sofa bed and dining area. From here access to the fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is also available inside the villa for guests.
Furthermore, at the back of the villa there are two verandas and a barbecue area with dining table, where our guests can organise barbecues under the moon and stars. A wonderful garden of approximately 300 sqm surrounds the entire structure.
*The swimming pool is open from 1 June to 10 October.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Valle d'Itria. Its historic centre, of a blinding white, immense, culminates with the Cathedral (600 metres from the apartment) which imperiously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a clear and crystalline sea. Characteristic are its alleyways, Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of S. Oronzo which majestically protects the town.
Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and food and wine culture, Cisternino, a village recognised amongst the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnazia, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with evocative historic centres and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the Orient, whilst heading south we encounter first the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, capital of the Baroque. Moving towards the west there is Taranto, heart of Magna Graecia and finally Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.
The nearest airports are Brindisi (60 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes).

Overall, we had a great stay and the property worked well for the size of our group. The pool area is fantastic, would just add a few more floaties. Main house was great, air conditioning, most kitchenware but no microwave and dishwasher, not a big deal. Not much instructions for the house or brochures with information about the area but also not a big deal. Main advice for the managing company is to figure out air conditioning for the trullo. It is much too hot in the think of summer, the fan we had wasn’t enough. Also breaker kept shutting off several times a day, that would be helpful to know in advance. There isn’t much around that area but it’s 15 min from both Ostuni and Cisternino.
