1. Check-In/Check-Out
⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding!
2.Luggage Drop-Off:
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.
3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.
4. Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.
5. Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.
6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
7. Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!
9. Climate Control 🌡️
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.
10. Cleanliness 🧹
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.
11. Respect for Property 🏡
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Know the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Safety first!

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
If an alarm is triggered accidentally or appears faulty, please contact us right away so we can assist.

Great compact apartment light and airy. Couple things I think could improve but nothing that would stop me from renting it again. If you have breathing or knee issues however there is 4 flights of stairs and parking if your driving is slight distance away down hill. Owner very helpful and responds quickly. Area quiet and peaceful .

The unit was spotless and the host was responsive and helpful. Those two things count for a lot.But the layout is awkward, especially for groups. The dining table sits in front of the TV instead of the couch, so watching a movie together is basically impossible. Most beds are only accessible from one side, making sharing difficult. Bedrooms have no nightstands and only overhead lighting, so you can't read in bed, and storage is limited to a hanging closet and two tiny shelves. The bathroom, though very clean, has a minuscule sink with no toiletry storage beyond the windowsill and toilet tank. Splashing your face in the morning makes a mess, and you risk hitting your head on the mirror doing it. Minor, but it adds up when six people share the space.The neighborhood is rough, with overgrown weeds and trash, so walking isn't pleasant. Street parking is very limited to non-residents, and the walk from expensive parking lots is long.Finally, the three-floor walkup was not disclosed. Walkups are common in Montreal, but it should be advertised. Traveling with my parents in their 80s, I never would have booked had I known. This is a fine place for a young, mobile group, but not suitable for multigenerational travel.
