1. Check-In/Check-Out
⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding!
2.Luggage Drop-Off:
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.
3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.
4. Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.
5. Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.
6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
7. Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!
9. Climate Control 🌡️
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.
10. Cleanliness 🧹
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.
11. Respect for Property 🏡
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.
12. Emergency Procedures 🚨
Know the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Safety first!

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
If an alarm is triggered accidentally or appears faulty, please contact us right away so we can assist.

Great communication from host and the flat was very clean. Amenities were all well-stocked as well.

The apartment was recently renovated and is in a convenient location for short walks to Old Montreal and longer distances to Mont Royal, Mile End, and other popular sights. However the apartment had some issues with windows/doors that don’t stay open, stained towels/blanket, and bed frame slats not supporting the mattress. The building is also in an area with a lot of homeless and trash piles on the sidewalks outside the doors, and parking was very difficult to find with confusing signs everywhere (note that there is no “free” parking nearby). We ended up parking in a garage at the train station a few blocks away. Overall it worked for our needs for 3 nights in Montreal but I would probably look to a newer apartment closer to downtown for our next stay.
