Note access to the house involves hilly, narrow roads—best to arrive before dark and in a smaller vehicle if possible for a smoother drive.
The property is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of one dog weighing up to 40 lbs. Please no dog on the furniture or beds. Please bring your own dog bedding and towels. Please clean up your dogs waste. Please dry your dog off before entering the house. Please don't not leave your dog unattended at the property ever per Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.

The property was very cute, clean and had almost everything we needed. We could’ve used beach towels as we did spend some time on the Russian river. There were only two at the house to use. Outside of this, it was a perfect house for our Russian river vacation!

This was the perfect landing spot for me and my husband. It sat conveniently between family, the airport, wineries and Bodega Bay. The town of Forestville is fun to explore as well. There are some great shops and restaurants there!Pay close attention to the owner's description of the road/driving conditions leading to the property. They are telling the truth! For us, it wasn't a problem, but the details are important. This is a very quiet, well maintained and plentifully equipped property as it had everything you need for at least a week, both inside and out. The beds are quite plush, which wasn't our favorite, as we like firm beds, but it was still comfortable. This house was so clean that we had no fear of walking barefoot in the house. Loved it! We will definitely come back the next time we need to come back to town!
