Welcome to the exclusive 4-star Villa Sundowner – your luxurious retreat on the Croatian coast. Enjoy relaxing holidays with a private, heated, and illuminated saltwater pool (8 x 4 m).

Comfortable sun loungers with towels are provided on the shaded terrace. You can sunbathe to the right of the pool.

In the garden, you'll find a trampoline and an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and sink.

On the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m wide), a large wardrobe, and a TV. Another lovingly furnished bedroom has a bunk bed (1.40 m wide on the lower bunk) and is ideal for children. A large, elegant bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and underfloor heating is also located on the ground floor.

The modern villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker, an oven, and a high-quality coffee machine. The stylish, air-conditioned living area features an L-shaped sofa, a designer table, and a large OLED TV.

A staircase leads to the separate upper floor, which houses an air-conditioned bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed (1.80 m). A TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and an open-plan bathroom with underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet complete this comfortable space.
