The property
Villa del Mamut is located in El Padul, a town and municipality in the province of Granada, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, within the Lecrín Valley region. It is 16 kilometers from Granada.

The house is located in a residential development very close to Padul, the Valle del Puntal Development (which won the Andalusian award for best urban design when it was built) 1 km from the town center and bordering the Sierra Nevada National Park, offering stunning views and access to hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as being very close to the various “Mamut” trails at Padul Lagoon, Granada’s most important wetland.

The house is surrounded by greenery and features a large private pool with lounge chairs and beautiful landscaped areas featuring various sculptures, a large pergola where you can enjoy lunch and dinner—equipped with a barbecue area complete with a gas tank and a refrigerator so everything is within easy reach—as well as a chill-out area. the grounds are beautifully maintained so you can relax and enjoy the pool while everyone stays in the same area, making it easy to keep an eye on the little ones…

The house is designed with two distinct living areas—two homes within one large house. One is a more elegant living space with high-quality handmade furniture, featuring a kitchen fully equipped with all kinds of appliances, a large living room with air conditioning and a television, 6 bedrooms—four with double beds and the other two with 4 single beds—as well as two very spacious bathrooms, two with showers and the other with a bathtub.

The other residence has a rustic style and features a large cellar equipped with a kitchen, a fireplace, a TV, a bar, a large table for gatherings, and sofas, as well as a bathroom with a shower. It has a separate entrance and is ideally located for quick access to a bathroom when using the pool in the summer. The wine cellar is included during the winter season. During the summer season, it can be rented separately for 60€ per day. The property is rented as a whole and is not available to multiple guests.

In the garage, we’ve set up a large gym so you can stay active indoors and keep in shape.
