This gorgeous unit features 3 bedrooms( BRAND NEW MATTRESSES) 3 full baths, with private master suite and elegant master bath. Master bedroom includes oceanfront views and balcony access. Master bath features double sinks, a granite counter top, wood cabinetry, walk-in ceramic tiled, shower with seat, whirlpool tub and linen closet. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a granite breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, breakfast bar and a full size stacked washer/dryer. Living room features updated furnishings, flat screen TV and direct oceanfront views. Cable and wireless is included. The two additional bedrooms feature two queen beds each. The building amenities include heated and cooled enclosed hallways, four high speed elevators, a fifth floor state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool areas with hot tubs and lazy river, private beach access, seasonal full service Tiki bar and four enclosed levels of parking. We stayed in this condo for 5 nights. The detailed check in directions were a little overwhelming at first, but we took each step one at a time and everything went smoothly. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean with tasteful (not cluttered or tacky beach) decor. The location was great and the amenities were great! Our only complaint is the drawers in the bedroom dressers were broken. Each bedroom had drawers that would fall out of the dresser when pulled open. We managed just fine, but with all the other wonderful details of the condo, this was definitely disappointing. Our kids had difficulty. The property manager was very helpful and prompt. She even met the cable guy when a cable box needed to be replaced prior to our stay. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Accommodations and staff were wonderful. Condo listing was exactly as pictured. Super clean with an amazing view!

Great view and great location. The entire property/building is extremely well maintained. The property management is very helpful and responds immediately. The unit is nice, well maintained and clean. The only “complaint” that we had is that the kitchen was missing a few cooking essentials, ie enough large pots, measuring cups, colander,, and storage containers for food. Overall an amazing week in a great place.

My family and I really enjoyed our weekend getaway at the beach. The home was absolutely beautiful and everything was perfect with the exception of the stove which probably needs to be replaced soon. It worked but was hard to get to heat up and there was a distinct metal smell that likely means it was last clean by hand. In the scheme of things overall that wasn’t a major sticking point and everything else was ideal.
