Check in is super simple. Location is in an area with very little to do and minimal restaurants. However, a grocery store and more restaurants are only 15-20 minutes away. The lack of attractions really makes it feel like a VACATION, no pressure to sight see and go out to fancy dinners every night. Relaxing on the beach, by the pool, or on the balcony listening to the waves, is perfection. Our kids enjoyed staying here, too. The unit is close to the stairs to the parking lot and the beach is merely steps away, as well. The unit provided plenty of extra bedding, was beautifully decorated and clean. Our kids enjoyed searching for the tiny Jesuses around the unit. The pool gets VERY crowded during the day, but is well maintained. The beach was busy, but a lot of space to spread out. Perfect location to slow down and relax. The washing machine/dryer were very useful and appreciated. You do have to bring your own towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, (laundry soap if you plan to do laundry), and trash bags, so keep that in mind.

Not a bad little condo. Would be good for a couple but with 4 people it was really tight. Location to the beach access was the best part. The room was relatively clean but condensation from the HVAC ductwork is causing some mold above the washer and dryer unit and the ceiling is starting to sag. Nice kitchen and ocean view.
