I had booked, paid for and confirmed this rental months in advance through VRBO and the hosts. Apparently the hosts had not let the manager know. Therefore our check in was extremely stressful. The unit had not been cleaned and the manager had double booked it for the next day!Thankfully all was worked out within a few hours and the manager sorted out different accommodations for the incoming family.I never did receive any further communication from the hosts regarding the mix up.Once in we enjoyed the unit and the area very much.

The unit was spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated.
We have stayed at a lot of houses and this was by far the best. Walking distance to the beach and town as well.
