The added convenience of an external staircase down to street level makes it easy for guests to pop upstairs for a meal on the terrace and enjoy the 4th of July fireworks in the summer! As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this property does not have AC. Open windows and the use of fans allow ocean breezes in to keep the house cool during hot summer months.

Coastal Palm is a fantastic starting point with a fresh perspective. Its iconic place on the map revolves around sunny days on the beach, biking, paddling, sailing, or relaxing.
