The apartment comes with one allocated parking space in the covered car park (short wheelbase vehicles with a maximum height of 1.95m). Access from the car park into the building is also via secure entry key fob. The building has manned 24/7 onsite caretaker during normal office hours and CCTV in public areas.



Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment.
