This is a great location- you can walk to restaurants, shopping, clubs- and of course the beach!!
We are at 530 Ocean Dr., with just a park between you and the beach. We have on-site management, a perfect place to relax and enjoy some fun and sun
This bright and airy condo has a flat screen TV, KING bed and a NEW futon sofa for additional guests to sleep on and a flat screen tv with a NEW lovely kitchen –overlooking Collins - the quiet side of the building. .- can accommodate up to 4 people (recommend 2 adults 2 kids or 3 adults 1 kid).
We do have app operated washer/dryers on every floor. Decorations or furnishings may change or be updated
This is a studio that can sleep up to 3 people but space is limited - we recommend a max of 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 kid on the couch.
Helena- the onsite manager is available for all questions or if you need anything and she has some great recommendations. Lummus Park Beach is right there-We are close enough to Pink, Nikki Beach, fat freddys, wet willies and many great restaurants.
A car is NOT necessary.....
The South Beach Local is the cheapest and most scenic way to travel South Beach. The shuttles breezes around South Beach every 10-15 minutes, stopping at numerous bus stops. The shuttle is air conditioned and the fare is only 25 cents. The hours of operation are as follows: Monday to Saturday (7:45am - 1am) Sundays and Holidays (10am - 1am)

Perfect location on Ocean Drive, stone's throw from the beach, endless dining options etc. Nice lobby, studio apartment very clean except windows overlooking 6th street require regular cleaning. Very comfortable bed, furniture and kitchen very functional, nice decor throughout. I would recommend upgrading to Keurig coffeemaker. 6th street a little noisy in the evenings, may require local noise ordinance to be enforced. Spent 7 nights, the only inconvenience is having to navigate between the front restaurant tables to enter the building. Overall very nice stay, will consider renting there again.

We enjoyed the stay. The host was nice. Helena help with an issue we had when we first got there. Problem solved. Great great location. It felt a little awkward at first going in and out by the restaurant but I got used to it. Good shower clean lobby area. I would stay again

Located right across the street from the beach. We bought a beach chair and left it for other guests to use. It's very walkable to tons of restaurants/bars. We walked down to Lincoln Rd Mall to the north and the pier to the South. The bed, bedding and pillows are super comfortable. Just steps away from muscle beach if you wanna work out in the sand. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The room was not cleaned properly (there was dirt on the floor, a blood stain on a pillow case.)
There was food left from previous guests and even worse, there was lipstick on a glass in the kitchen.
The property is old and definitely not up to modern standards. It says “sleeps 4” but there is no way that is the case. We could just barely sleep 3 and the guy sleeping on the couch was in pain each morning because of the quality of the couch.
