The apartment was in the best location - 1 block from the Yara river and center of Melbourne. Everything was walkable. The apartment was clean and there were enough amenities, including washer/dryer.

The unit is immaculate and reflects the listing. The location was within walking distance to the City. Parking was a bonus too!
Unfortunately paper thin walls and noisy neighbours hampered our experience. We could hear the neighbouring property's TV blaring from the main bedroom every late every night, disrupting our sleep.
Not sure anything can be done to address, but it impacted our stay negatively.
