The Space:

Entering the apartment on the ground floor, you come into a hallway leading to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The second bedroom, to the rear of the property, over looks the garden and has a double bed, small chest of drawers and a small hanging space. The tastefully fitted bathroom enjoys a bath, shower and WC.

As you descend the stairs into the basement level of the apartment you will find a cosy lounge with large TV that enjoys afternoon sun with windows looking out the garden. Next to the lounge is the fully equipped, modern kitchen including dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine, toaster, oven with gas hobs, microwave and fridge freezer.
