• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

We had a great stay at this condo, close to beach and near many attractions in Myrtle Beach. However, the condo seemed to not be swept or mopped before we got there, and there was tons of sand all over the floor. The hot tub outside was under construction and the noise was really loud, but that was only for one day of our trip. The property was as listed, but was small for our group. Great view from the balcony of the condo, and I would recommend for smaller group sizes.

Too small for 6 people, would be good for 2-4.
A few issues;
One of two elevators did not work for most of our stay and we ended up using stairs much of the time.
Coffee pot did not work on day one (was replaced within a couple of hours, but required smaller filters than we had)
Condensation from fridge puddles on kitchen floor each morning.
Not enough dishes or an assortment of dishes
First experience with VRBO, but was a bit off put with all the notices, "$25 fee for lost or stolen remote," "$100 for stolen DVD", "$20 for non returned parking permits.". We normally book through resorts and don't see things like this. But maybe this is common practice in VRBO
New rental so give it some time.
