This is the kind of lake house your group will talk about for years.

Beats Workin’ is designed for families and groups who want to be together—without feeling crowded. Located in a peaceful no wake cove in gated Lakeside Estates, this 8-bedroom, 4.5-bath home sleeps up to 24 guests (max 16 adults). With 8 bedrooms and three separate living areas, your group can be together while still having space to spread out.

Beats Workin’ is part of our Soar Vacations homes on Norris Lake.

We also allow one well-behaved, non-shedding dog with prior approval—just include details when booking so we can confirm it’s a good fit.

Days are spent on the private 2-story dock with dual slides, swimming in the calm cove, or relaxing across four lakefront decks. Evenings are for grilling, hot tub time, and gathering around the fire pit after a full day on the lake.
