This three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a bonus room sleeps up to nine guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed, a spacious bathroom with a garden tub and a private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, queen size bed in the second bedroom, a twin over full bunk bed in the bonus room and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.
The Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium remains popular with beach lovers thanks to its huge private beach the area's largest and family-friendliest amenities. When you're not body surfing in the waves or speeding along on a waverunner, you can splash with the kids in the "Splash Zone" relax in the beachfront pool and hot tubs, grab a cool, tropical drink at the beachfront bar and grill and finish the day with an ice cream or pizza from the Corner Market!
Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and fees for up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Perfect view. Rooms were big and beds very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Easy access to pool and beach. Plan to vacation again.

The living room 2 chairs and sofa along with the master bedroom chair were FILITHY and sunk way down when one sat upon them .Complained several times to no avail! All tv’s were very old...the living room one was quite small (none were smart tv’s). No coffee table!overall it was very dirty.....could have used a power washer. The master bedroom was overall good (other than the chair) I used upholstery shampoo on the counter stools and dining chairs so they were usable.The condo common areas were almost spotless. Pool heated nicely.Parking excellent. Good walking area. Rental agency did come in and took care of things like the shower leaking and drapes hanging. The owners should be ashamed renting this unit with the extremely filithy worn out living room furniture. The kitchen faucet was awful, worn out and leaked.
