House was very clean and comfortable for my family (4) and in-laws to stay at. Kitchen was supplied with dishes and pans for basic cooking. Small downfall was not very comfy pillows.

Perfect location for us as we were visiting family in Coffey and spending time with our new grandson! The place was comfy and adequate for our use. Could use a couple end tables or a coffee table in the living area as there was nowhere to set down a beverage. Maybe consider a few pieces of artwork from a thrift store to give it a homey feeling. Loved the little fireplace, which really helped take off the chill!
