With an open floor plan, you'll find it enjoyable to cook while entertaining your family and friends in the living area. The living room is a cozy place to gather and features a Smart TV and a DVD player. The screened patio opens up to views of Point Washington State Forest. It truly is a peaceful spot to enjoy your coffee and plan out the day's itinerary.

From the front of the complex, head south on Somerset Bridge Road. Directly across 30A at the Tom Thumb is your beach access.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Construction Notice:
Seagrove Highlands is scheduled to undergo exterior painting and waterproofing beginning September 8, 2026, through early February 2027. During this time, guests may experience construction noise, temporary parking restrictions, limited balcony access, and workers or equipment around the property.
