Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.
Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No Pets- No Exceptions
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

Great place to stay near the hub of 30a. Great value and close to the beach. Pool a plus and all facilities were excellent. Would come again!

Condo was as described. Perfect for our family of 4. Great location; close to the beach, seaside & watercolor town, and a grocery.

Our stay was great! Little further from beach than we anticipated, but nothing a golf cart can’t fix. Again, the walk isn’t terrible unless you have a wagon full of stuff. Still giving it 5 stars because it was so clean! I LOVED that!
