This home was designed, built and decorated by premier local builder - Design Center. One of the few ground floor new homes in Marathon with a 140-foot concrete dock.

There is plenty of room for groceries and snacks in a roomy side-by-side refrigerator and large pantry. The kitchen includes all necessary appliances including a Margaritaville Blender, Keurig coffee maker, Vitamix and a standard drip coffee maker.
The house has complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, phone, and three Bluetooth speaker systems inside and outside the home. Use the mini iPad to control all the pool features and outdoor sound system. The Executive Office includes a desk, Dell laptop and printer. There are 85” Flat screen TVs in the living room and home theater room as well as Flat screen TVs in every bedroom and pool area gazebo.
The Atlantic Ocean is a great playground for unparalleled fishing, snorkeling and paddle boarding. Jump on the complimentary kayaks and paddleboards that are provided to enjoy the welcoming waters. We just checked out this weekend! This house has everything! The house made the trip since weather restricted our fishing trips a couple of days - but the house made up for it! For those bringing a boat, please note, come into the channel during high tide- and stay close to the markers in the channel- for it can get down to 1 1/2 ft deep and need to stay on plane- the canal is deeper and the dock is amazing! There is a commercial ice machine- and a full outdoor freezer to keep your bait and fish! This house has everything you need for fishing!The house is huge! Plenty of parking- with plenty of room for trailers! The pool is heated and the out door kitchen came in handy! The house has all the lighting upgrades you can think of! Great location! Beautiful inside and out!The designer of this house is quite talented and thought of everything!Look forward to our next stay!

The property was exceptionally clean and spacious, comfortably accommodating 14 people without ever feeling crowded. We stayed for two weeks and had every amenity we could possibly need. Having a private bathroom in every room was especially convenient.We also brought our two small dogs, and the property was fully secure all the way down to the dock area, allowing them to run freely and safely. We made great use of the outdoor kitchen, which featured a huge griddle, grill, and two burners. The ice machine produced more than enough ice, so we never had to buy extra for our coolers or fish box.The street was quiet with very little traffic, and having a dog park and children’s playground right at the beginning of the street was an added bonus.We can’t wait to come back for our 2027 trip!

This property is amazing. The pool and grill area was so much fun for all of us to hang out. The bedrooms were amazing. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this house as a vacation getaway.
