Located in a peaceful setting, it is the ideal place for a pleasant, relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the world, where calm reigns supreme, on the slopes of Mount Ramaceto

The quality of life is unparalleled, characterized by tranquility and comfort; everything you need is just a few kilometers away.
In less than half an hour by car, you can reach the town of Chiavari, from which you can travel by train, bus, highway, or boat to Sestri Levante, Portofino, Genoa, or the Cinque Terre.

Cà Liggia is a delightful property situated in the enchanting Cichero Valley, in the heart of Liguria. This retreat offers an experience of peace and tranquility, ideal for those seeking a break from the hectic pace of everyday life. The house features two cozy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, while in the living room you can relax watching the flat-screen TV or enjoy the stunning panoramic view from the terrace.

One of Cà Liggia’s highlights is its terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or hosting an outdoor dinner in the garden using the barbecue. Surrounded by greenery, it offers a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove in the living room, connected to radiators in the bedrooms, which keeps the space warm and cozy while adding a touch of rustic authenticity.

The property’s location is ideal for exploring both the Ligurian hinterland and the coast, as it’s just a 30-minute drive from the sea and the Chiavari train station, from which you can easily reach the Cinque Terre, Portofino, and Genoa. However, the road to get there is typical of the Ligurian hinterland, with narrow, winding curves winding through olive groves and chestnut trees. A small word of caution for those who rely heavily on internet connectivity: while the house offers free Wi-Fi, the signal can be weak due to its secluded location.

In short, Cà Liggia is the ideal place for those seeking a peaceful vacation surrounded by nature, with all the comforts of a well-equipped home, yet still in the countryside. Perfect for relaxing and recharging your batteries, this property will make you feel right at home, far from home.

To reach the property, the final few kilometers of the journey take you along the picturesque road through the Ligurian hinterland.
